Midge,
Thanks for buying and reading it.
Yes, McQuade's letter is cool. It almost didn't make it in because she
mailed the letter LONG past the deadline...but it was so good we had to make
room for it.
Also, she wrote 3 completely different letters to JDS, each about some
aspect of his craft and all good. It was hard to choose which to put in the
book.
