Mark David Chapman was John Lennon's murderer. He was obsessed with The
Catcher in the Rye. During his trial he read the catcher in the rye part of
the book. Apparently he felt that he was "catching" John from going over the
cliff.

There is a book about Chapman and his evil deed called Let Me Take you Down
by Jack Jones. Catcher plays a major role in the murder. Down to basics
like, Chapman hired a prostitute (in a green dress) the night before.

Yes. Sick people love Catcher too!
