Bravo Scottie ! (: I usually have nothing against Jeremy Irons but as I
wrote my mental review of Lolita (as is my wont) I described him as `Jeremy
Irons plays a perpetually po-faced Humbert, draining him of his appalling
appeal (or, if you like, appealing appal)'. I stand by it.
