    My heart actually does give a little extra thump
    of pleasure whenever Camille agrees with me.

    But this time it may also be due to a complete 
    loss of breath after I'd just read: 
        '...I don't know how `Smoke Gets In Your Eyes' 
        goes ...' 

    Jerome Kern, Camille, Jerome Kern.  He hasn't 
    quite the musical sophistication of a Gershwin, 
    perhaps, but many of us think his gift for effortless
    melody puts him in the Schubert class.

    Even in Australia, how CAN you have missed 
    him these twenty odd years?
