Scottie -- There's something a bit odd about liking David Hume then
disliking Derrida, you know? Perhaps it's just thoroughgoing
anglophilia. If that's the case, I can hardly blame You for prefering
the British over the French.
After reading Hume, how can you say you _know_ the fire will keep you
warm next time you sit by it? :)
At least reading him is a fairly straightforward enterprise.
But, I will say John may have been a bit hard on you. Using webpages
can be a real pain in the arse. Browser settings can interfere with
Java functions. Servers can go down. Etc. Perhaps someone should
e-mail you a link to their search results?
Jim
PS to Daniel. Ha.
