Personally, I've been flirting with that Zen state (the correct term
escapes me at the moment) a great deal lately, with the help of a song
called "How to Disappear Completely." It's actually going quite well.
Occasionally it goes so well that I have to dwell on a song called "Let
Down" before I am once again able to interact with the world around me.
