I've always wondered about the Sgt. X/Buddy connection. The two characters
seemed close to me -- the voices are almsot identical -- but still seemed
like two different people.

I disagree with you about Muriel, however. I think she did love Seymour in
her own, limited, selfish way, though I agree they were two completely
different people.
