After sending the post below (and one to Jim) I received Tim's. Sometimes
I think JDS wishes that ALL we know and have are those four books, nothing
else, no photographs, no life of the author, no nothing, almost an ANON
situation. And that those all-alone four volumes just floated through time,
occasionally the finds of future amateur readers, or anyone who just reads
and runs.
