In one of the standard books (either Hamilton or French), I remember coming
across a list of such anthologised stories, though readily I can only
provide details of a book lying right in front of me which happens to have
"For Esme...": "50 Great Short Stories" edited by Milton Crane (Original
Bantam edition /August 1952; my copy is the "51st. reprinting through July
1988").
