I know, I know. But still... some people want to find their own
Holden, I want to hop into the bathtub with mister Z. I could read
days worth of Zooey, and to me it would never get old (or verbose).
In this situation, the character is so enrapturing that I just don't
give a damn about the other elements of the fiction. The
delightfulness of the character makes up for any other problems there
might be with the storytelling. Not that I perceived any, but hey, I
may have just been too busy picturing Zooey in the bathtub...
