Yep. Jello is definitely jelly. Jam is what you call jelly- that fruit stuff
you spread on bread. However, just to confuse the issue, we do have jelly
which is spread on bread. It is basically very firm jam with all the seeds
and bits of fruit strained out of it, ie redcurrant jelly. Very "refeened"
invalid type food. Or, nice on turkey. Wow! We have bridged the cultural gap
(tee hee).
