I saw this on the news:

An Irish guy visited the US.  He rented a care from Alamo.  He got drunk,
got into a car crash.  He was fine.  Alamo billed him the repair costs.  He
is suing them.  His argument is that they shouldn't have given him a car
because he was Irish.

Leave it to me to be off the topic.
