Wow! Damn interesting stuff ... like the bit about him being a `failed Zen
Buddhist'. Doesn't part of you just writhe when it thinks of all that, all
there ... now, somewhere, thousands and thousands of words speaking to no
one ... who knows? All these years of reclusehood may pay off in some
magnificent stuff one day ... even *he* admits he hasn't given up the idea
of publication.
Speaking of which - I've mentioned this many times and no-one's responded.
What is `The Fall of the House of Glass'? I've heard it mentioned somewhere
- I've heard someone say that it was going to be published but JDS suddenly
got cold feet and retrieved all the galleys. Did I dream this? Was someone
pulling my leg? Please tell!
