    Oscar winners where - just as she forecast - Australian
    cinematic talent was so overwhelmingly represented.

    Incidentally, dear C., my son the PhD tells me - 
    in all apparent seriousness - that Ozzie philosophers 
    are probably the finest in the English speaking world.
