Dear Jake,
Like your friend, I also believed that Franny was pregnant because of 
the way she was acting. I still do in some ways, except a friend of mine 
has talked me out of it for the most part. He says that her reaction is 
totally from her religious realizations. But, I can't buy it all 
together. It just doesn't seem believable that she would vomit and be 
nauseous from a realization, no matter how profound.
