Here is the occasional reminder for people who need or want to bail out of

You can leave the subject line blank.  In the message body, with no other
commands or remarks, you must say:

	unsubscribe bananafish

And that should do it.  It would be neighborly of you to do this if you're
about to leave school permanently or for any length of time, or if you know
you are losing access to your account.  I'd appreciate it on this end, and
your system administrators will appreciate it on your end.  Less work for
all of us, all around.
