Leave the subject line blank, and make the body of the message say:

	set bananafish mail ack


... which will set you to receive messages in real time, and will send you
back copies of messages you post.  (I don't know why they didn't just make
the command "nodigest" or something closer to human speech....  All I hear
in my head is "Ackley kid" when I type "ack"!)
