The Ransom center at UTexas has one that you can browse freely (even trascribe, provided you're willing to write on the yellow paper--see _In Search Of_) in the reading room. You have to sign some forms and do a few cartwheels, but you could, I presume, walk in off the street and be in possesion within an hour or so. So next time you're in Austin...
