Tim, I can't drink but I love red wine and Paris, and I think your
drinking wisdom makes perfect sense for this bananfish...in fact your
post made me remember "vin ordinaire" at Le Dome in l976 ...it's aged
perfectly for sipping now!

As for this being a bananfish post, it's not especially but if the
Laughing man can regularly cross the Chinese border into Paris, so
can I!
