unfortunately, my sublette bibliography is at school (but I do know NYU has one in their stacks) but I doubt this strange japanese collection is noted...fascinating it is though since it seems strange that in l968 salinger would have let these stories get collected when we know that in l974 he told lacey fosbourgh of the NY times that he wanted those stories to die a natural death and remain uncollected...will ps: though salinger's popularity in japan is strong and I do know nothing about publishing in other languages...
