Hello, I just joined the list so I thought I'd introduce myself and ask an initial question. I'm a writer who has admired JDS for a long time. I've read everything he's published several times and always find something new and different in it. I live in London, England. I noticed the other day on amazon.com that they are listing a new biography of JDS by someone called Paul Alexander. Does anyone know what kind of beast this is? Is it a 'serious' book or just some journalist type cashing in on the recent revival of interest in the JDS 'phenomenon'? In other words, will it be worth getting? Also, still no sign of the Orchises press Hapworth coming out. Anyone know if it's just a bluff or when it is likely to materialise? Regards, -- Colin Pink
