i teach english here in germany, and i joined this list a couple of
weeks ago. whenever i talk about the catcher in class, the aspect of
banning books comes up. so i was wondering whether any of you know of
recent examples in the USA (or elsewhere?) where the catcher and/or
huck finn or other books were banned?
