I have always in the media (I hate that phrase!) seen wise people portrayed 
as old and content.  They have become wise through life experience. Wisdom is 
hard to achieve at such a young age, which is why only Taddy's reincarnation 
theory holds water (excuse the expression).  Being wise before they can be 
content and experienced I believe can only outcast the children and torment 
them internally and externally.
