The other place I can recommend for obscure material is Jack
Sublette's book, J.D. Salinger. An Annotated Bibliography, 1938-1981.
It's very difficult to find used (a copy is on abebooks.com right
now, for about $US50), but your local library may have a copy.
It has a great selection of story information. I can only imagine
what a great resource it would be, 20 years later, if it were scanned
in and made available on a web site. It could be updated so much more
easily that way....
