Ah! The Freudian interpretation of Dr Seuss - if that's what the Wocket is,
then what kinky stuff is going on in Hop On Pop ??? (: I do admit a
controversial partially for Fox in Sox over the Cat in the Hat, though
let's face it, all of Dr Seuss' stuff is enormously valuable in a very
under-rated way. Its simplicity but profundity could even be labelled- dare
I say it? - Zen! What is nonsense but a very disguised koan? As someone
very clever once said (although admittedly I'm quoting it from Willy Wonka
and the Chocolate Factory): `A little nonsense now and then is relished by
the wisest men.' And women, she adds.
