I haven't read the first of these, but talking of the Kurian book (A
Religious Response to the Existential Dilemma in the fiction of J.D.
Salinger) which I have, I am reminded of a participant in this list to
whom I had sent a copy of it sometime back (almost a year or
thereabouts). I think I heard back that he had received it, but since
I have lost his e-mail, am taking the liberty of using the list to ask
him if he did indeed send me photocopies of early review articles that
he had promised to. I never received those and was wondering if this
was just a case of the vagaries of the postal system.
