Yes, this had occured to me too. There's a couple of crossover things like that I've noticed in S. - I wonder if it's on purpose? The Glasses mention having gone on `It's A Wise Child' with a kid whose surname is Caulfield, and the teacher in `The Inverted Forest' is named Miss Aigletinger, just like Holden's grade school teacher.
