I would like to see The Clash re-form and record a song called "Green Day
Thinks They Are My Bastard Stepchild But They Are Really Just 3 No Good Hacks
Who Reference Holden Caulfield Because They Have Never Had An Original Idea In
Their Lives."  But I'm not going to hold my breath or anything.

The Ramones came first and before that The Modern Lovers were rocking the
simple music scene.  Saying the Clash orignated anything but popularized punk
rock would be false.  
It's all good.
